Pneumatic clamping multi-point caterpillars type pipe haul-offs is mainly used to
continuously and automatically pull various pipe products. The plastic pipes extruded
departs from the machine head and enters traction machine through vacuum
shaping cooling box, and are held by the traction machine to carry out the traction
of pipe products, and are sent to cutter, stationary length incision, fillet
and stacking.
Center height of machine is according with the center height of calibration tank,
and it is pressure equalization. According to the diameter of the pipe, the traction
shelf could be adjusted to appropriate position. It uses Cycloid pin wheel
reducer, drive low traction shelf screw, then makes the low traction shelf turn,
so that the traction shelf position is moved. |
